dc.description.abstract YSU struggles to recruit, retain, and graduate minority students. TEDxYoungstownWomen takes place May 27-29 and will feature a live stream of speakers who focus on the power of women to be creators and make change. The wage gap between female and male instructors and faculty members is discussed. Self-Service banner, which allows students to update their contact information online, is beneficial. The "Lady Slam" which featured five local bands at the Euro Gyro Venue at Kent, Ohio is featured. Ryan Lewis, a mechanical engineering major at YSU, used 3-D technology to complete a 1/250th scale model of the city of Youngstown. YSU Tennis team win back-to-back Horizon League Championships. The YSU softball team split its doubleheader against the St. Bonaventure University Bonnies. en_US
