dc.description.abstract	Big changes are taking place in Tod Hall, with Jim Tressel, Youngstown State University's President, instituting administrative changes that will eliminate six positions, resulting in a savings of nearly $1 million. Riverfest and Burgers, Beards, and Brews will be taking place this weekend downtown. Career Services released a report analyzing the career outcomes of the 2013-2014 graduates. "Car Bombs to Cookie Tables," an anthology of stories and spotlights Youngstown and its people, premiered to a large crowd last week. Artists of the Rustbelt will hold its art show and Riverfest will take place at the B&O Station this weekend.	en_US
