dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 337th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. The Board resolved to approve the policy on acting/interim appointments of University Administrators; to modify and retitle the policy on selection and evaluation of Executive Level Officers of the University; to modify the policy on the selection and annual evaluation of Administrative Officers of the University; to modify and retitle the policy for search waivers for strategic hiring; to modify and retitle the policy on Professional/Administrative Staff; and to approve the Intercollegiate Athletics 2016-2020 Gender Equity Plan.	en_US
