dc.description.abstract Total fall enrollment for Fall 2015 is down 0.7%. A new student group called iPals helps international students feel more welcome in their new environment. A Kent State University senior architecture design class will have its students create plans for theoretical buildings in Youngstown that will help rejuvenate parts of the downtown. A third windmill is being installed behind Melnick Hall among the two that are already there. The minimum credit hour requirements for YSU undergraduates have dropped from 124 credits to 120. A review of the second annual Fashion Meets Music Festival in Columbus, Ohio is given. Sports features lessons learned from the seasons first football game loss. In an effort to raise student attendance at athletic events, the Penguin Club is putting together a student fan club. en_US
