dc.description.abstract	Dana Davis, assistant professor in the department of social work at YSU, has been helping the chronically homeless in Pittsburgh and plans on expanding her efforts to the Mahoning Valley through her non profit organization, The Open Door. TEDx Speaker Series features Greg Siegle, director of the program in cognitive affective neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, on the mechanics of mental disorders. YSU business students Jerry Dugan, Jessica Marando, Alex McFarland, Fadi El Chammas and Corey Patrick were named Beeghly Fellows by the Ohio Small Business Development Center for the 2015 fall semester. Karissa Kuneli, a YSU respiratory care student, is nationally recognized and will receive awards from the American respiratory Care Foundation and the National Board for Respiratory Care November 10. The SOAP Gallery, Youngstown's independently run art gallery, opens its November Group show on Friday. Men's Cross-Country Finishes Second at the Horizon League Championships. Coach Bo Pelini is working on finding the right combination for the YSU football team.	en_US
