dc.description.abstract	Chairman, Chet Cooper, presided. Gary Swegan discussed enrollment. Tammy King and Kevin Ball presented Prior Learning Assessment PowerPoint. The Charter and Bylaws Committee discussed the acceptance of part-time faculty members into the Senate. The Elections and Balloting Committee reported votes can be done electronically by using Sakai software. Dr. Learman spoke about the Ohio Faculty Council stating that Governor Kasich issued an executive order to reduce university cost by 5%. Dr. Jerryson presented a powerpoint on +/- grade system. The grade system was sent to the Academic Standards Committee for an update due in April.	en_US
