dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 316th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. After going into executive session, the Board returned to the public meeting and selected Dr. Randy Dunn to be the new President of Youngstown State University. Chairperson Garg thanked all involved in the search and selection process.	en_US
