dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 312th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. The Board immediately went into executive session to discuss action after YSU President Cynthia Anderson announced her retirement. Upon returning to the public session, the Board resolved: to appoint a presidential search advisory committee; to appoint a presidential search consultant; and to adopt a board charge to the YSU Presidential Search Advisory Committee.	en_US
