dc.description.abstract Nearly 150 students and community members gathered in the YSU's Ohio Room in Kilcalwey Center on Tuesday to spark a dialogue with newly elected Youngstown Mayor Jamael Tito Brown and Municipal Court Judge Carla Baldwin. Jambar interviews Daivd Brown who was on the cover of a 1970 issue of the Jambar. Fashion in winter is looked at. Mike Sherman has been named Special Assistant to the President. Gabby Gifford and Mark Kelly are this years Skeggs Lecturers. The Youngstown Coffee Club offers subscribers whole bean coffees from different local shops each month delivered to their door. Matt O'Mansky, chair of the sociology, anthropology, and gerontology department at YSU is interviewed. Christian Powers' chalk murals are a work of art at Stone Fruit Coffeehouse. Mad About the Arts held its 23rd anniversary. Cedar's Swing Night is featured. Frustrations mount for the YSU men's basketball team as they lose the last two home games.
