dc.description.abstract The YSU Student Counseling Services saw a total of 247 students since Fall 2017 semester, with anxiety and depression being the top present mental health issues exhibited. Youngstown community members and students alike gathered in Kilcawley Center's Chestnut room for a fashion show in celebration of all body types. YSU incorporates its Penguin Tuition Promise in Fall 2018 along with changes to the parking system. The YSU Poetry Center and Etruscan Press announced Kelsey Metzger, Mallory Radar, Logan Burrows and Dom Fonce as winners of the 2018 Etruscan Prize. YSU student Jared Vanasdale and his work as an intern at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company is featured. YSUnity presented their annual drag show in the Chestnut Room at Kilcawley Center. Local comedians perform at Suzie's Dogs and Drafts to raise money for the Every Dog Matters Rescue. Jambar interviews former YSU President, Leslie Cochran, on his retirement writing fiction novels. YSU's Gould Society celebrates its 60th anniversary. YSU faculty are recognized for their scholarship work during the annual Faculty Recognition Awards Dinner. Sports features YSU player turned assistant coach, Miranda Castiglione. en_US
