dc.description.abstract	1939 Phi Gamma Fraternity. This is the oldest social organization of the Day Library Arts School and initiated by Dr. Bare. Known in the 1950s for holding the Popularity Dances. Phi Gamma became nationally chartered by Sigma Alpha Epsilon December 05, 1959.
