dc.description.abstract | Those who have not met the requirements of Orientation 500 may see the Dean of their school who may relinquish the requirement. Nominations for the American Men of Science should be turned into Dean Dykema. Building plans and programs for the Technical and Community College should be ready by July 1. Issues with registration were discussed. It was reported many students and professors are smoking in the classroom. It was made clear that there is a University rule against any smoking in the classroom. Beginning February 1, all checks will be coming from the computers. All limited-service people are on a quarter-by-quarter appointment. There was some discussion on whether or not too many night classes are being offered. Dean Dykem brought up the fact that there are no university wide organizations dedicated to the development of upper and lower division classes. | en_US |
