dc.description.abstract	Discussion on transfer students was brought up. It was mentioned that transfer students from other schools receive second chances but our own students do not. It was moved that each student be allowed a second chance. It was suggested that a committee form to study and revise the entire general requirement area of the catalog. Students with 3.0 or better may take 18 hours without special permission. It was decided to look into a one-year "port-of-entry" program. Student Council requested that a student-operated tutoring service be developed.	en_US
