dc.description.abstract New class rosters were distributed. Grade reporting was to be completed by the December 23. Questions were raised as to the procedure in marking students' transcripts for graduation. Dr. Jonas was asked to come to the meeting for any questions concerning the procedures for class schedules. Concerning the travel policy, it was stated that more responsibility for checking travel requests should be placed on the department chairmen. Dr. Coffield asked for recommendations and discussion on questions brought to him from Student Council. Various announcements were made before the meeting was adjourned. en_US
