dc.description.abstract	Dean Edgar distributed a blue form to be used for graduate school registration and advisement. A motion was made as to who fills out the various parts of registration and advisement forms. Dr. Foster announced the summer bulletin was out and summer advisement was to begin on April 28. Dr. Coffield requested reports from each dean by April 16 on schedules for summer. A motion was made to have final exams begin Monday June 2 and end Saturday June 7. The Thursday commencement exercise was to remain unchanged. Dr. Coffield was to re-examine the entire five-year calendar. A discussion followed on the matter of dress and attendance and its effect on grades.	en_US
