dc.description.abstract	Dr. Scriven, Dean of Admissions and Records, distributed copies of Dr. Foster's memorandum of June 24, 1969 on the subject of "Grade Reports for Advising and Other Purposes." It was agreed that the deadlines for turning in Limited Service Forms would be the 15th calendar day of each quarter. It was agreed to retain the present deadline date for filling applications for graduation. A recommendation of the Student Affairs Committee to Dean Scriven on "consideration be given abolition of the requirement that the advisor's signature appear on registration form" was discussed at some length. Dean Scriven distributed proposed calendars for each quarter from Summer 1970 to Fall 1971.	en_US
