dc.description.abstract The first part of the meeting centered on a series of questions concerning the 1970 summer registration for new freshmen that had be prepared by Deans Dykema and Smith. On November 21, 1969, the Student Affairs Committee recommended to Dean Scriven that the advisor's signature be deleted from all registration materials in the future. It was recommended to forward the subject to the Academic Guidance and Registration Committee for its advice. Dr. Foster presented his report on Class Availability and Use. The Chairman called attention to two requests recently made: first, that he be notified as soon as possible of all changes in class schedules for the Summer Quarter that affect the contracts originally sent out to the faculty for the Summer; second, his request for help and advice on revision of the sections of the Faculty Handbook for which he was responsible. en_US
