dc.description.abstract	Dr. Scriven discussed the problem of the final examination schedule which revolved around the fact that the catalogue dates and the bulletin dates differed. Dean Aurand moved that late and final registration for Spring quarter, 1971 be held on March 25 and 26 and changes of registration be held on March 29. Late registration dates for Winter and Spring Quarters 1971-1972 calendar were discussed but tabled for later action. Dr. Foster presented a proposal whereby all degrees were to be assigned to the proper school by the Council of Academic Deans in order that adequate advisement of students could be better achieved. Dean Scriven requested that the following statement be made a matter of record, "Admission cutoff date was moved ahead as a result of the recommendation of the Council of Academic Deans."	en_US
