dc.description.abstract	Dr. Edgar reminded the academic deans that the budget recommendations as discussed at the budget hearings during the previous week were not the final budget figures. Mr. Tufts reported on the rotation exam schedule. It was moved by Dean Yozwiak that the Registrar's office be requested to give the academic deans registration enrollment counts after the final registration process was completed. The closed class permit was discussed. Student academic transfer forms were discussed. A transcript coding system proposal was approved. Discussion pertained to the catalog statement regarding withdrawals. Student grading practices were discussed.	en_US
