dc.description.abstract	Dr. Edgar distributed some material received from Allan Ostar and some excerpts from the minutes of the Board of Regents meeting of the 16th of June. Dr. Edgar advised the deans that the President had appointed a committee to consider the implications of entering into collective bargaining. Dean Scriven asked if the deans had an opportunity to study his suggested academic calendar. Dr. Edgar expressed concern about the report that a number of classes did not meet on July 3rd as they should have. The retrenchment guidelines contained in the letter from President Pugsley to Mrs. Dykema were considered. Dr. Jonas met with the deans to discuss the Faculty Service Load Reports.	en_US
