dc.description.abstract	Vice President Edgar distributed revised chronological and quarter calendars for 1972-1973. Vice President Edgar reported that 277 minority group students had been recruited by the Director of Black Studies. There was some discussion on the merits of advertising in newspapers and other media for students. Dr. Edgar reported on a meeting with Clay Folsom, Youngstown City Schools. The Graduate Honors proposal presented at the last meeting by Dean Yozwiak was reconsidered. Dean Yozwiak reported on the latest collective bargaining meeting. Vice President Edgar distributed a report entitled "Guidelines Governing Retrenchment of Non-tenured Faculty". A report entitled "Allocation of Faculty Personnel" was distributed by Dr. Foster.	en_US
