dc.description.abstract	Memorandum notifying implementation of CR/NC will be effective Fall Quarter, 1973 was distributed. Dr. Foster distributed budget information forms for listing faculty and faculty productivity. The proposed academic calendar was distributed, discussed and approved. A report of special recruiting efforts by departments prepared by Mr. Livosky was distributed. Dean Charignon requested that continuing runs of students taking ACT not include names of students previous reported to the Academic Deans. A memorandum concerning suggestions for catalog clarification for "Transfer Credit" and "Grade Requirements and Probation" were distributed. Information on the National Student Exchange was distributed. Vice President Edgar discussed foreign students in relation to their progress and visa requirements. Dr. Edgar mentioned incomplete grades and memorandum which he has received concerning the "I" grades.	en_US
