dc.description.abstract	Copies of a suggested final examination and important dates to accompany the Winter Quarter Class schedule were distributed. Dean Scriven distributed letters related to restricted admissions. Dr. Foster discussed grant proposals as they relate to the problems associated with subsidy payments for student credit hours generated via instructional activities in the grant program. Dr. Swan distributed two documents, one addressed to all nine-month full-service faculty regarding promotions and the other regarding promotions as stipulated in Article IX of the Agreement. Dr. Edgar asked each Dean to submit lists outlining the amount of consultancies for each of the departmental members in the respective schools. Discussion was held concerning a letter from Phillip Shriver, President of Miami University, concerning faculty exchange.	en_US
