dc.description.abstract	Dr. Swan suggested that the faculty information file be kept or copied for departmental promotions committee use then sent to his office. Vice President Edgar announced that the call for tenure recommendations would be out this week. Vice President Edgar received data for the report to the Inter-University Council relative to the activities of state wide meetings of Deans and other administrative groups. The pay rate for limited service instruction with the J.D. degree was discussed. Locations for the assignment of Director of student Development was discussed. Dean Miller discussed a change for the catalog after review of a particular student's record.	en_US
