dc.description.abstract	It was recommended that a general statement be issued by Dr. Edgar to all faculty that final examinations should not be given prior to the announced scheduled times. Dr. Coffelt mentioned some problems that may be faced during the academic year 1976-1977, specifically with increased enrollment. Alternative actions were given (besides limiting the enrollment) if the enrollment increased and the state cut its subsidy to the university.	en_US
