dc.description.abstract	Dr. Coffelt and Raymond Orlando discussed some of the problems connected with the energy situation. Discussion on the calendar as presented by Dean Scriven ensued. Rand brought up the question of the graduate catalog's description of full-time status. Rand also commented on the part of the statement concerning a student dropping from full-time to part-time status. Rand pointed out the necessity for only graduate faculty to be assigned to "swing courses" inasmuch as a recently approved policy indicates that a graduate student would not get credit in a course unless it was taught by a member of the graduate faculty.	en_US
