dc.description.abstract	Edgar distributed a set of proposed guidelines prepared by Rook and Wales on the subject, "Satisfactory Progress for Financial Aid Recipients." A letter of inquiry concerning cooperative programs from the Mental Health and Retardation office was read by Edgar. Scriven made a motion on credit by examination. The motion passed. The report of the ad hoc committee charged to submit revision of advisor signature regulation was discussed. Yozwiak's memo on adding a second major was briefly discussed but no action was taken.	en_US
