dc.description.abstract	It was agreed to enforce the new advisor signature policy for winter quarter, 1978. President Coffelt was present to discuss budgeting for new programs. It was announced that all graduate programs will be reviewed during 1977-1978. A lengthy discussion evolved about the relative merits of the quarter and the semester systems. Dr. Edgar was asked about summer contracts. The Deans will be asked for formal requests of new faculty positions soon. Dean Miller offered a plea to have the prerequists printed for each course in the class schedule.	en_US
