dc.description.abstract	Dr. Barger and Barbara Scott were visiting to discuss the Spring Commencement. Dean Scriven passed out to each Dean the listing of "I" grades that were awarded during the Fall and Winter Quarters. The question of Deans being required to sign the "I" grade was raised. Dr. Edgar brought up the Letchwort Committee Report on Academic Advisement. He appointed an Ad Hoc Subcommittee to prepare a substitute statement on the requirements for a signature on the Advisement forms and Change of Registration. Dean Sutton raised a question about the status of the Major and Minor statement in the catalog.	en_US
