dc.description.abstract	Dr. Edgar distributed the letters and cards that were sent to the summer graduates for the information of the Deans. Dr. Edgar distributed the Inter-Office correspondence from Mr. Sullivan showing the new Limited Service rates effective with Fall Quarter 1977. Dr. Edgar informed the Deans of the Board of Tustees' desire to have pay ranges established for administrative and professional personnel. He distributed a tentative pay schedule for the information of the Deans. Dr. Edgar distributed materials relating to the Annual Annex to our Off-Campus Instructional Plan. The Computer Center was preparing a quarterly report of the percentage distribution of class hours. Dean Sutton wrote to Dr. Edgar on the subject of work load in the 77-81 Agreement. Dr. Edgar brought up the report of the Ad Hoc Committee that had been appointed to consider the definition of "current students" as it appeared in the University policy concerning the Recalculation of Grade Point Average. Dean Scriven passed out copies of the current schedule of registration of New students for the Fall Quarter.	en_US
