dc.description.abstract | Dr. Edgar made general reference to three documents: a draft of the proposed policy statement on CEU; a report on the Joint Committee on Externally Developed Education Offerings; and a memorandum from William Coulter. Considerable discussion of the CEU proposed policy statement occurred, with the understanding that Dr. Loch would communicate suggestions and observations of the deans to the Senate Committee on Continuing Education. Discussion of Dean Yozwiak's Proposal for a Second Major occurred. Dean McGraw asked for reactions of the deans to the possibility of offering courses with fewer than 15 students, with the faculty members being paid a proportional salary based upon enrollment. | en_US |
