dc.description.abstract	Discussion of the summer registration plan was delayed until Scriven could be present. Discussion of a query by Tony Koury on the rights of students taking courses by audit. Additional material was added to the audit policy. It was moved, seconded, and passed that the cards notifying the students that they were on the "Dean's List" would be signed by the academic deans instead of the "Dean of the University" now known as the Academic Vice President. Dean Sutton reported on the discussion about High Speed Rail Transport and the Research Center proposed for the Youngstown Area. House Bill 636 "Truth in Testing" was circulated for information. Regulations of limited-service faculty who are retirees from the State system as it applies to University faculty were discussed. Verification of overload for faculty was to be sent to Rand. Students Supporting Students document was discussed. Rand was to send out a model of position descriptions for faulty to be followed. Budgetary considerations in regards to travel were discussed. Class rosters were discussed.	en_US
