dc.description.abstract	Announcements included the following: The state biennial budget, the University budget, Developmental Education services, limited service contract cancellations, the upcoming Board of Trustees meeting, the appropriations bill, diplomas for fall quarter, quotes from the Chancellor of the Board of Regents, fee differential between graduate and undergraduate instruction, TV instruction, academic master plan, student attendance, fact sheets, and America Council on Education seminars on the academic department chairmanship. Old Business continued on the Chairpersons' Evaluation, the program evaluation and improvement for commencement. New Business began on the OBOR action on programs approval, the planning for the Diamond Jubilee Year 1982-1983, and President Coffelt's concern on the promotion process.	en_US
