dc.description.abstract | Dr. Gillis reported on the makeup of the Dean's Search Committees. Gillis also reminded the Deans of the limited-service contracts for Winter 1982 and requested the cooperation of the Deans with the Academic Affairs Committee working on the Diamond Jubilee. Dr. Gills stressed the need to formulate our admissions standards by Summer 1982. The report of the Ad Hoc Committee on Evaluation of Department Chairpersons was presented to the Council. Dr. Gillis asked for suggestions on program evaluation and the emeritus policy. Dr. Gillis requested names for graduation and honors convocation. Dr. Scriven explained the purpose of conditional admission. April 4, 1982 was the date set for the "Career Kaleidoscope." | en_US |
