dc.description.abstract	Dean Sutton would continue discussion of a cooperative Ph.D. agreement with Akron officials for the Cooperative Graduate Programming. Gillis planned to attend a conference April 13-15 on the North Central Accreditation. The list for individuals to attended training sessions on Model 204 was in its penultimate stage. Budget Preparation was discussed. Housing by private developers on Wick Oval would be approved by OBOR. The service area in the Terrace Room was planning on being remodeled. A portion of Spring Street was officially vacated by the City of Youngstown. The President was reviewing the policy on closing the school due to inclement weather. Drs. Bowers (English) and Varma (Home Economics) were recipients of the Distinguished Professorship award. The third Skeggs Lecturer was to be Elizabeth Dole. The Experimental Program Committee was discussing a core curriculum for students needing remediation.	en_US
