dc.description.abstract	The Chairs and Deans were asked to share the North Central Reports with their faculty. The Implementation of Under-prepared Students Program was discussed with the Provost outlining some of the steps being taken to deal with problems with the implementation. Frank Seibold, WSBA Interim Dean, was introduced and will serve until a new dean is named. The Capital Improvement Project was discussed. Limited Service Allocations were distributed. Academic Challenge Grants were discussed with Phase I being refunded and Phase II projects being rescinded. Annual Reports are due August 1. A final examination position statement was distributed. It was reminded to plan ahead for problems, such as the recent power outage in Cushwa.	en_US
