dc.description.abstract Article 1.3 of the Agreement was discussed. Overload was a great concern during Winter and Spring, to be avoided if possible.The general key policy was questioned by Dean Sutton. A question of enforcement was raised about the smoking policy. A second draft of Section 89 of IRS Code was recirculated. Cicarelli complained about maintenance and the heating system and Ruggles brought up waste by the computer center via their use of new envelopes for campus mailings. The Chemistry proposal for the Program Excellence was pending. The Research Challenge Grant was forwarded to Columbus. An update on the Doctoral Program was presented. The Butler Institute of American Art planned to hold a Gallery Talk. All faculty, students, and staff were to be invited. en_US
