dc.description.abstract	Budget Preparation for Summer, 1990 was discussed. Dr. Gillis announced he would put all summer money into the deans' SOC 125 accounts. Revised budget hearing schedules were discussed and questions ensued concerning general budget issues. The Student Retention Committee made recommendations to change the wording from "Undetermined" to "Undeclared" and to design a new orientation course for new freshmen. There was some discussion on the new Unconditional Freshman Admissions system. Secretarial responsibilities would be brought up at the chairmen's meeting. Action and Investment Guidelines from OBOR was distributed. A third draft on Reimbursement for Advanced Studies was distributed. Miscellaneous announcements closed the meeting.	en_US
