dc.description.abstract Ron Chordas passed out data sheets showing Academic Affairs' share of the '06 budget reduction was likely to be 1.25% or $894,700. The total University cut was $1,454,059 and this had to be implemented by the end of June of the current year (06'). FY '07 was estimated that the Academic Affairs would have to achieve a $900,000 reduction against a University total of $1,650,000 in recurring funds. Bruce Matthews and Ken Johnson reviewed the Capital Campaign process and discussed the need for the involvement of the deans in identifying donors, cultivating donors, building cases, and otherwise being prepared to assist in the quiet phase and become active in the public phase of the centennial campaign. en_US
