The Provost reviewed issues of roles and responsibilities with respect to security on campus and especially security-monitoring via networked cameras. The Provost e-mailed a draft to the Deans outlining a process and timetable for academic planning. The Provost asked each dean to write a page, or two if necessary, about the past year's accomplishments, expectations for the coming year, and hopes for working better as a team. Unions would have a "walkabout" on campus to celebrate the "Agreements." The Provost and Nate Ritchey are working on the new faculty orientation.
