dc.description.abstract The School of Education's annual dinner was scheduled for the next day. Riley reported that the union inquired about the arrangements for the upcoming summer session. An announcement was to be sent to the chairs informing them to start culling their low-enrollment summer course offerings. Marilyn Ward passed out a calendar of deadlines. An inquiry was made as to whether there is a rotation policy for teaching summer classes within the graduate faculty. Facilities Maintenance expressed concern about employees who failed to respond to evacuation/emergency alarms going off on campus. Dr. Herbert said that the draft planning document that the deans received reflected minor editing since the previous document. A civility hour will take place this afternoon at Noodles. en_US
