dc.description.abstract This was a special meeting. Carl Ullman reviewed the work in screening applicants for the presidency of The Youngstown University. The Board moved to offer the position to Albert L. Pugsley. Howard F Burns was appointed by the University to represent YU as its counsel during negotiations with the State University system. Honorary degrees were to be bestowed upon Howard Hanson, Anthony B. Flask, Richard L. Krabach, Perry F. Greshan, and Capatain McKee. Degree titles were approved for upcoming gradates. Names were chosen for the new student center, science hall, physical education center, and fine arts building. en_US
