dc.description.abstract	This was a special meeting. The Board resolved to transfer funds to the new Youngstown Educational Foundation, in accordance with court rulings. The Board also resolved to switch from a semester calendar to one based upon quarters, upon the recommendation of the faculty and President Pugsley. Issues dealing with life insurance and pension relating to Howard W. Jones, Joseph E. Smith, and P. Calvin Pickard were also resolved. President Pugsley reported on various issues and plans for the University.	en_US
