dc.description.abstract | Few changes in the admissions procedure at NEOUCOM were anticipated in the wake of the Bakke case. Two YSU professors joined a roster of nationally-known theology scholars for a planned conference on religion. Dr. Lionel Newsom, the president of Central State University, was the planned main speaker for summer commencement. Students from families suffering from the closure of Youngstown Sheet & Tube were offered financial aid through the Youngstown Education Foundation. A special section on being (financially) broke was presented. | en_US |
