dc.description.abstract	The new Youngstown Writers Group is off and writing. Dr. Naomi Rosenblum will speak at 4 p.m. Feb. 11 at the Butler Institute of American Art. Wick Avenue. YSU's Office of Continuing Education will offer "Effective Negotiating Strategies," a two-day seminar on the concept of negotiation, Feb. 20 and 27. YSU's Women's Resource Center will present its second "Student Invitational Art Exhibit" Feb. 12 through March 07.	en_US
