dc.description.abstract YSU is once again offering a total of $36,000 to incoming freshmen as part of the Deans’ Scholarships. First awarded in 1986, these are given to four freshmen in each of the six undergraduate colleges and schools within the University. The 200th anniversary of the writing and signing of the U.S. Constitution will be the focus of a public event planned by a special committee of YSU professors and area lawyers. The bicentennial of the Northwest Ordinance will be observed concurrently. en_US
