Abstract

The Office of Continuing Education at YSU, in cooperation with the YSU Criminal Justice and Campus Security Departments, will conduct a one-day seminar, "Computer Crime Investigation," March 01. The Office of Continuing Education at YSU will conduct a two-day seminar, "How to Plan, Estimate, and Schedule a Preventative Maintenance Program," on March 14 and 15. The Office of Continuing Education, in cooperation with the Counseling Department at YSU, will offer a half-day seminar, "How to Take the NBCC Exam," for counselor certification March 9. Mark Russell, comic and political satirist, will speak Feb. 26 at Stambaugh Auditorium as a Skeggs Lecturer to open YSU's Winter Quarter Special Lecture Series. WYSU-FM (88.5),YSU's fine arts station, will broadcast Richard Wagner's opera "Lohengrin," live from the stage of the Metropolitan Opera Feb. 16. YSU's Jazz Ensemble I and its director, Tony Leonardi of Poland, were again selected to perform at the annual Ohio Music Educators Association conference in Cleveland. There will be a press conference for Dr. Mary Frances Berry, lawyer and historian and Black History Month lecturer on Feb. 22.
