dc.description.abstract Bids will be received in Columbus during the week of December 14 for the construction of the Historical Center of Industry and Labor. Estimated to cost $4.3 million, the museum will be located in Youngstown and will reflect through its collections and exhibits the iron and steel making history of the Mahoning Valley. Dr. Jack D. Bakos, professor and chair of the YSU Civil Engineering Department, co-authored (with Randall J. Hake) the article “Professional Liability Exposure of Casual Consultants,” appearing in the “Journal of Professional Issues in Engineering.” en_US
