dc.description.abstract Ivan C. Karp of New York, famed art dealer, author, lecturer, and critic, will speak at the Butler Institute of American Art on October 8. Mr. Karp’s talk will be part of the third annual “Symposia on American Art” presented by the Butler and the YSU Art Department. Dr. Ernest R. Nordtvedt was appointed acting dean of YSU’s Williamson School of Business Administration. He succeeds Dr. H. Robert Dodge, who served as dean since 1979. Dr. Dodge stepped down to resume full-time teaching. YSU’s Office of Continuing Education will offer a six-week course in “Airbrush Rendering and Photo Retouching” on Thursdays from October 9 through November 13. en_US
