dc.description.abstract “Fall Skywatch,” a new type of planetarium show, will begin the season at the Ward Beecher Planetarium. It is non-traditional in that the presentation of astronomical subjects is informal in nature. Continuing Education will offer “French for Children,” teaching basic greetings and expressions to children ages 6-12, from September 27 thorugh November 1. “Spanish for Children” will also be taught, on Saturdays from September 27 through November 15. In addition, “Toddler Swim” is designed for children ages 4 months to 4 years and will be offered from October 4 through November 22. “Advanced Beginning Swim: Ages 6-12” will be for those who have already received Red Cross beginners certification and will be held on the same dates as “Toddler Swim.” A regular meeting of the YSU Board of Trustees will take place on September 26 in the Tod Administration Building. en_US
